1. No Returns & Order Cancellation Policy

At LetssDeal, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Orders must be canceled prior to shipment confirmation. Once an order has been confirmed for shipment, it becomes non-cancelable.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • Customized and personalized products can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for an exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products are non-exchangeable, including:

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  4. Ship the Item – Once approved, return the product in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Late or Missing Exchanges

If you haven’t received your exchanged item yet:

  • Check your shipment tracking details.

  • Contact us if there is a delay in processing your exchange.
